Forming 20 VT Brass with Hornady Dies

I am shipping a CZ 527 to Kevin Weaver tomorrow for converting to a 20 VT; I have a set of Hornady dies and Rem. 221 FB brass due any moment. My question is the best method to form the brass>

Should I just run it through the FL die? If so, should I remove the expander first?

Or run it through the seating die? If I use the seating die, should I remove the drop-down bullet guide,as well as the spindle?

I wouldn't think annealing would be needed, correct?

Any other tips appreciated.

It's as simple as just running them into the FL die just like you were FL sizing them. Leave the expander in and they will be ready to load. But as always, I strongly suggest you wait until you have the rifle so you can fit the cases to the chamber....
