I did a conversion on one of my Browning 78s from a 6mm Rem to a 6MM PPC. The 78s are a challenge getting together. I finally got it but no fun. Thank God the rifle shoots as well as it does.

I find most gunsmiths don't want to mess with falling block rifles. Might want to check over at ASSRA.com (American Single Shot Rifle Assoc.) forum.

Kevin Weaver helped to remove my B78 barrel so I can do my own chamber work. Hopefully should have it done within a few weeks, after I finish making a reamer holder and some other toys....
