Mostly paper matt. she been squirrel shooting a few times but doesn't enjoy it like the rest of us do.

Problem is everything recoils too much for 5'0" frame and all my rifles are too big for her.

I will go one better; I will give you $50 and I will let you shoot both of the neighbors white poodles! I don't like the little yappy dogs anyway!:D
Let me know when you will be here, she usually walks by the house at 5:00pm each day.

Acutally, Michael is going to sell all of his guns to me and take up Cage Fighting, Michael "The Mangler" is his new name. I will be sure to brig it out East when I come back.

looks absolutely great
lucky girl

question
did it come in 17 AH so you had no choice....or did you choose it in 17AH if so ....why did you choose the AH over the fireball as a chambering?

I'm trying to understand why someone would choose something built on a crappy rimmed case like a 22 hornet case. When a modern rimless case design is availiable.

I have owned several hornets over the last 16 years and find hornet and hornet based rounds to be the most frustrating, case sensitive rounds out there.
It might be just being in Australia but finding quality brass was a nightmare.........

thanks

I picked it up from another Saubier member in 17 AH, with the Lilja barrel already chambered by Bob Green. My wife is small in stature and is recoil sensitive so the 17 AH is perfect for her. Personally if it was bee boltface it would have became a .17 Killer Bee and my wife would be without a rifle.
