I can send you three. Two from your list 17Mach4, 20 Tac and one of my own creation. .220-Russo-Varminter which is based upon an improved 22PPC case. Its been a long while since I fired the rifle but with my fireforming loads, I was getting 3900+fps with a 40gr V-Max.
There's room for more, just need to get back to the range and put in some time.
I also have a reamer for a 20cal variant of this cartridge that I may have Mike Bryant set up for me later in the year.
