Bayou City Boy

I heard from someone on another board that BCB had passed last week. He's been a presence on this board since the beginning in early 2000's I think. His long battle with cancer is over.

His obituary for those interested

Did not hear or see that. Yes, his presence was so often on the site and his comments and knowledge.
He will be missed. Prayers for the family.

Sorry to hear of his passing. I oftentimes forget about this section and just realized some other members I've interacted with in the past are no longer with us. Sad to see. :(

Condolences to the family, thanks for posting the obit, I find them interesting, Hal lived in some very cool places during his time here on earth. He will be missed.

Sad to hear, thanks for sharing. I always send prayers for our fallen members when I check in. Hal was very kind to me and a very knowledgeable small caliber guy… I am lucky to have met him in person. Prayers for Hal, his family and friends.
