Wilson 17 Mach IV neck size die
 

I got this die and decided to just stick with press dies . I bought it from another person so I assume it has been used but it doesn't look used to me . It's the neck sizer die only , there are no bushings with it . How about $30 shipped ? My email is : bmartin60@neo.rr.com
