I would look at the rings and base very carefully, I am thinking you likely have some other problem than the scope. Swap the two rings and test, also could the base be a MOA base installed backwards?

Specs say 6 oz to 2.5 pounds. They don't sell them separately from the gun. I got mine in a trade. The bolt also has the extended baffle that shortens the bolt throw like a .223 has. Larry

My XP100 likes about 18gr of 1680 with CCI450 primers with 40gr bullets. Your powder is the same speed and I don't know what primers you use, but the 450'shave a much thicker cup than the 400's...

I would do all the sizing, inside neck ream and use an expander rod to set your final inside neck size. If you don't use an expander ball the neck tensions will be different as your neck brass...
