I have 880+ (pretty sure it is 889) pieces of 17 Remington Fireball brass for sale. I weight sorted a 2000 piece case a while back, got 2 different yet overlapping weight distributions. I took the...

I finally got around to trying H4895 in my Mach IV using Berger 30 grain BT bullets. I was waiting for a day when it was relatively hot (85 degrees) and I had some time. I wanted to use this powder...

Weak primers
I can 't remember the details but I used some primers in my .17 Remington that pierced. I found out they were primers for like a 22 Hornet. Can't remember the numbers but I think they were Rem 6...

You better measure those necks.
I had a Sako 75 in 6PPC USA and used Lapua 220 Russian brass a few years ago; however, I used it because I could get thicker necks and neck turn. If I remember correctly, an unturned neck was way...

Thanks for the information. I do have one other question. A few years back (maybe 3) I was shooting Berger 30 grain Match flatbase bullets. Are those bullets still in production or do they have...

Eric, how much for 10,000 37 VLDs
How much would it cost for a run of 10,000 37 VLDs? Would you consider sticking an aluminum tip on them like the .50 750's? Maybe a polimer tip like the VMAX's or AMAX's. I don't have any proof or...

Thanks for all the input...
I had a typo on the price, it is $166 per 1000. I am not realy worried about the number of times I can fire it because I want to load up a couple thousand rounds for a PD hunt. I doubt I would go...

Can 7.62x39 IMI brass be formed into 20 PPC...
The dimensions look possible but will it work? Lapua 220 Russian brass is $750/1000 while the IMI 7.62x39 brass is $116/1000. For a PD hunt, seems like the IMI brass would save me a lot of money.

I bought 2000 because that is what first appeared. I found that the shoulder is about .002" shorter than what I size my once fired brass to so the headspace is acceptable. I turned the necks and...

17 Rem Fireball brass in a Mach IV
I am assuming that new 17 Rem Fireball brass will work for making .17 Mach IV rounds as long as I headspace it and turn the necks properly. Is that correct? Please don't tell me that 17 Rem...
