Chickenthief for visual explanation can you take pictures of how you use the O ring. I assume you would have to use the O ring each time you fire a round otherwise you would get case head separation....

I just measured a few of my reloads using Winchester brass with my micrometer and most were around .2405". I would therefore think a bushing of about .238'' to .239" would work. Bill
