You will have no problems with Hornady or Berger...

You will have no problems with Hornady or Berger 25gr HP bullets, however the v-max 25gr may not stabilize.

You maybe thinking of the 17 Tactical, this has a longer neck and different shoulder angle.

Shot this fox with a 25gr V-max, at approx 50 meters, it splash to much for my liking. I used Berger 25gr match target before...

Shoot very nice, better than I can.

I will surelly miss 17Cal Krieger barrels, may have to buy what our local supplier has in stock. :)

I'm going to rebarrel my Sako AI 17Rem to a 17TAC and shopping for a new barrel. There's a Krieger #5 SS 1:10 available locally, but everyone recommends Lilja or Shilen for .17cal. I have 6mm and up...

Range Report

Well, as promissed here's the range report.
These groups were shot after a fouler and cleaned between different loads.
Distance shot at = 100meters.
Outside temp was between 24-30C as the day went...
