My gun is a .20 Russian improved, 40 degree shoulder. It loves XBR 8208 with excellent accuracy and velocity. I only shoot 40 grain bullets as the XBR likes the heavy ones a little bit better IMHO....

I've had a half dozen HOrnets. I prefer to K the chamber because it makes the brass stop stretching. I found that I was having to trim cases about every other firing and I shoot a lot of squirrels....

Did the bullet reach the target and if so, did it keyhole or go in straight. I can't imagine that if it hit the brake it made it to the target and it it did that it would be stable.

Is for the 40 degree shouldered .20 PPC. With XBR 8208 powder and either 40 Noslers or V-Maxs I can get 3850 and match the ballistics of the 22-25- and or the Swift with less recoil and a lot less...

I beleive that you can used loads less than the .20 Duster whcih have been posted here before. I'm having excellent luck with XBR 8208. I'm fireforming a 40 degree shoulder and moving it forward...
