Lightbulb Pretty much the same for me, except......

......I use RCBS Precision Mics, with different "adapters" for different cases, to measure case headspace. No calipers required.

I also remove the bolt firing pin assembly, while test fitting...

I seem to recall that, with the 11 degree crown, the angle of escaping gases was "optimized" when using boat-tail BR bullets.....of the day.

I'm at 982' elevation.....BTW.

For many years I've used old empty prescription medicine bottles.

Depending on the size......you can stack a lot of patches in one.

.......a centerfire rifle bore is not a good idea. Lead rimfire bores are a different story.

I'm pretty sure that Shilen laps their centerfire bores with 240 grit laps.
