Just started playing with IMR-4227 and 60gr Hornady TAP protected point bullets mainly because I have a thousand or so bullets and a full can of 4227. Just looking for a good practice load for offhand and general plinking. Don't remember the exact charges but went by an old IMR booklet. Every charge went around .65" to 1.10" for 3 shot groups @ 100 yds. Figure this will be a good way to get some free practice time. Will go back a chrono the loads in the morning and double check groups.
