There is about 1/4 inch of bullet that touches the barrel, so anything on the bullet has to get distributed over about 24 inches or so, that makes the coating that could be on the inside of the barrel about 1/100th the thickness that is on the bullet. With all the violence that is going on in the barrel it is hard for me to imagine much good being done by a little magic dust on a bullet. But I am old and drink a lot, so just keep shaking those little bullets in that jar of magic dust. Larry
