Hornady made a 39/40gr lead tip version of this. Lilja once had barrels. I was trying to get a bunch of the lead tip bullets but they dried up..

4.6x30 HK (light machine gun) is what that 40 grainer is mostly used in. Same case necked to 17 cal is the 17 VHA. Bill K
