Default ruger 77 22 safe action for 17 hornet

In order to start with my new project Rifle in 17 hornet i m considering the ruger 77 22 as action but i m thinking if it s safe enough For my project.

Where can you get a bolt to do this conversion to centerfire?

I have a 77/22 hornet that I changed to K hornet... just a little diamond polishing and the feed lips for the hornet mag work fine. That would be fine for making .17 hornet or .17 K hornet... but there are better actions out there.
