The cylinder gap is .004". Thought about making it tighter but ultimately thats where it ended up.

Thats a very impressive project you completed there. I'd love to have something like that to hunt groundhogs in the small barn lots around the house.

Thanks Jim. Got the rest of the brass fireformed this week. Need to work on a load and get some numbers over the chrono
