I knew Richard only from #2 PD hunt in Wyoming.
He was liked by all who knew him.
I feel for his family and close friends. R.I.P.

I had to process this a bit before posting, I also went back and looked at all the photos.
Whenever I think of Richard I think of my definition of a gentleman, in the truest sense of the word.
He wasn't loud or pushy.
I've never seen him when he wasn't polite to those around him.
He was always helpful and considerate.
He stood-up for his beliefs but allowed other to have theirs as well.
A gentleman!
I respected and admired him greatly!
The world would be an infinitely better place with a lot more Richard Millers in it. It will be as ML pointed out, diminished by his passing.

"Vaya con Dios, mi buen amigo"

Our heartfelt prayers go with Richard's family.

Default Heaven is a better place with Richard

I will echo the comments that we are diminished by his passing, but he has gained. I cherish the idea that he was my friend and hope he thought the same for me.

God Bless You, Richard!

Sometimes pictures will do when the words are hard to come by.

Default The minute I met Richard I knew...

He was a great guy! Like others here I will truly miss him.
Our family will pray for his familys loss.As for Richard he is in a better place now.I was fortunate enough to meet him a few years back at the Saubier PD shoot.I wish I could have made it to more of them,I'm very thankful that I
got to the ones I did.Lots of great guys there whom I'm I'm sure will miss
Richard a very lot.All I can think of is how nice he was and somehow the word Gentleman seems to fall short for this man!

Default RE:

REM?
Darn. Double darn.
I had sent him an email earlier this week.
We shared a love of 17AHs, but had met only through this site.
He was a very kind, thoughtful, caring guy.
He will be missed.
