Default Small pistol primers

I’ve used sm pistol primers in several 22H rifles with excellent results.
Does anyone use sm pistol primers in their 218 bee?

Default small pistol primers

I use small pistol magnum primers in 218 Bee, 218 Mashburn and 22 Hornet. I've found that I get the best accuracy with the small pistol magnum primers.

Small Pistol Primers?

Aren't they super rare collectibles these days? They must be, as hard as they are to find these days. And the price when you do find them, Ouch!

That way it doesn't sound so bad only eight dollars each with a two pack limit, way better than $80.00 per K

Sportsmans in NV when they have any are less than 3.00 per 100

Not if you stocked up on them 6-8 years ago, less than $30/1000. No I’m not selling any.

shucks the last I bought was $9/1000.

Way back in '73 while trucking I stopped to top off the tanks and was

told "we can only LET you have 35 gallons due to the fuel shortage"

"You need it worse than I do, I filled in Rome Ga, topped off in Dallas

and can make it to Oregon with what I have".

Stuttering: "y y you can make it from Dallas to Oregon without refueling??"

"yep, keep it". That's the way I feel about these gougers on powder and

primers! They can keep it! better yet, stuff it!

LOL,

Haven't been using Small pistol primer for a lot of years, all the ammo I shot that needed them for was issued to me and plenty loaded left over after retirement. Well that was 13 years ago.

Stocked up big time on small rifle primer for Varmint hunting during retirement in Montana and large rifle and large pistol primer for shooting Martini Henry's. Then life changed and I moved to Oklahoma where there is no varmint hunting and I am sitting on a pretty good stock of primers for that game.

This primer game is kind of like speculating on the stockman, what to you buy to make you money in the future or what do you buy for shooting 10-15 years from now.
