My extended family has had several cancer "incidents". Prayers to all battling this sickness and their families.

Thanks for sharing, Doug. You can be my spokesman anytime.

Prayers have been and will continue to be sent for Steve and Kenny and their families.

Thank you Doug.

Its a shame damn it! We can shape metal and engineer wildcat rounds but we can't cure cancer

Its nice to share a common bond with everyone here, not taken for granted!

Thanks Doug!

Happenings like this leave no place to understand the "Why!"

Our time is short, for sure, and having loved ones & friends close, when needed, is a Blessing....

My prayers, love and compassion go to you, Steve and your family!

... my appreciation to you Doug, in letting us know and setting a great example of friendship...

Bill

I was afraid of that news. He's sure been through a lot. I remember him describing it a few times. Not good. Prayers for all involved.

I'm very sorry to hear this. I'll add him and his family to my prayers. Cancer is a terrible thing. It has taken too many good people.

If there is anything we can do for the family, please let us know.

Eric

I spoke with Steves Wife Candi today She asked if I would relay some information on this forum so I'm adding it here instead of starting another thread they have decided to call in Hospice He can no longer leave the house and he can not eat or drink the protein shakes anymore because its to painful the Doctor stopped treatments because they are not doing anything to help him their only causing more suffering and their only making him weaker. So their going to get Hospice in to give him Nourishment and keep him as comfortable as possible.

They won't do much toward feeding him.
but they will control the pain.
That's a big help. Had 'em for the wife.
Another good man gone, sorry to say.
Quite a few members have been lost over the
years, most to cancer of one type or another.
Sad to see n hear.
Best to him and family. Keep us posted and let
'em know we care.
IF we had the mailing address some of us would
send a card.
