Default Ho....Ho.....Ho.....!!

Just another sunrise in South Texas.........

I hope my wife's giant mary jane plant survives. If it doesn't the Port Aransas dope dealers will be upset............ (just kidding - for the more serious at heart/what's he saying? folks...)

Good coyote tracking snow. But it will likely be gone by noon time...

My favorite kind of snow is the stuff that is gone by mid day! It was quite a different story up here last year. Jury is still out for this Winter.

This is much better than the ice storm that was forecast. It gets a bit sporty down here on the roads with ice. Roads here were wet just like after a rain, so everyone likely got off at their usual times this AM.

The snow is almost all gone. Temp is at 38 right now and the sky is clearing. They are predicting South Texas "winter" in a few days.......... 75 and sunny.....

well we are expecting 3-6 inches this weekend in the (Nutmeg State) and it won't melt by noon as the temperature will steadily keep dropping. The up side is coyote hunting. The down side is I just had thumb surgery. The upside to that is no snow blowing

But I think I can still muster up the strength to coyote hunt.

For me, it would be tough choosing between spotting coyotes on snow (much easier) or enjoying temperatures in the mid 70's. Too bad a guy can't have both at the same time!

Now, that glare ice.... Seems the only thing it's good for is hunkering down in the house.

SO, that's where the snow went we were told was going
to fall here!
Up here where it's supposed to snow, it's been dry all year so far.
One skiff, and a two incher is all we've had after a record wet summer.

Sure missed my prediction this year. I've been saying for months we'd
be knee deep in it for months starting in mid Sept. What a joker for a
weatherman, huh?

Enjoy BCB!!

It's developing into a coastal storm here now. We are on our deer lease on the eastern shore of M.D.. calling for 1-4" here. Not much at home. Should get the deer moving.

Good luck, Charlie......

It's supposed to get to the mid 60's here today, so winter should be totally gone by Monday or so.

Take care.......
