Norma 17 Remington Brass

Is the Outside diameter of a loaded round with Norma brass the same size as the Remington brand for the 17 Remington? My loaded brass with the Remington brand measures .1925 to .1930

I load NOSLER brass in my COOPER and REMINGTON brass in my CZ527
The loaded ammunition with 25gr. Bergers measures:

NOSLER .195
REMINGTON .192

I'm using Redding bushing dies and use 2 different size bushings.

thanks for the reply, my Cz 17 rem must have had the neck reamer around .203 and it played hell on the brass. Eventually just converter 223 brass to 17 rem. and turned the necks down to .198, Yes they were about .030 short in the neck but they still shot better.
