BCB is correct - as-are everyone else I've read.
In 40 years of neck sizing, I've never has to bump a shoulder on a wildcat with 30 or 40 degree shoulders, including my .22BR, .220Swift IMP and .375's. on varmint calibres I size only enough neck to hold the bullet. I like to see what amounts to a double shoulder - the regular chamber's shoulder (large) plus a smaller one that is the actual neck of the chamber. I firmly believe this little secondary neck helps align the case in the chamber, rather than sitting along the bottom of the chamber as would happen if the entire neck was sized. As to 'light' loads, I am running 20gr. Vmax at 3,925fps and 25gr. at 3,640fps. No bumping yet. Brass always comes out easier than going in (when FF) - or the loads are too hot.
