Brass seams to be the big problem, any once fired hornardy brass is twice the group size, of unfired hornardy bulk brass, have yet to try the prvi brass.
I am hampered a bit, due to lower magafication scopes,
YOU HAVE THE ANSWER unfired cases have less capacity so less air space my best groups have always been with unformed brass.
I wqeighed a lot of Hornady (fronter)brass the case variation was excesive so dont group very well so i dont use it.

Default 17 hh

My 17 HH /25 Savage shoots a 20 Zmax or 25 Vmax very well with AA2200 or Lil Gun, Lil Gun has the edge on speed and accuracy. Ballisticly speaking the 25 Vmax has a slight edge in the wind. I shoot the 20 grain Zmax because their cheaper. sgtg out

My CZ barrel (first.17 AH) liked the 25gr. Vmax's as well, in it's standard 9" twist.

Note- subtracting .160" for hole diameter instead of .172".
Yeah- pulled one or combo with conditions. Was having switching winds fore and aft which happens at our range in the afternoon.
