Default Bat 20 Beggs

I finally picked up my Bat 20 Beggs today. Hope to get some rings and the scope mounted, shortly. also need to finish the stock. Also got a seating die made for it as well.

Great looking rifle Michael. I like the treatment they did to the seater top, who's made it?

Adam I have a wheelbarrow I'm going to use to haul it around Pendleton.

The barrel is a 23" Satern I picked up off one of the forums, and my GS said it was one of straightest barrels he has seen in a while. It is straight taper close to HV.

It will weigh just under 12 lbs with optics,

Ray a local BR shooter/ GS did the chambering and seater. It is barrel stub 1.200" in diameter.

Got to follow this one, since I think a 20 or 22 Beggs would be a nice round.

Default 20 & 22 Beggs

I have both and they work well. I set back a 20BR to make it a 20 Beggs, again, 3950 with 38 SBK 20BR was 4000-4050. Less powder and I think the brass is stronger and a little qicker to make, one pass. I got a Remmy.to feed and eject the 220 case, with a Sako ext.I installed and reworked the eject.& spring.
