Ok, ok… it’s getting scoped this weekend.... I guess this wasn't the first time you suckered me into something! LOL

Thanks and hope all has been well with ya lately!!!
Hehe Gary, that was easy. Let us know how you made out and nice bullets you made in the other thread!! Lots of good info and looks like generaly the Contender with most any brand of ammo will be good enough for hunting/plinking and for 1/3 - 1/2 price of the HMR. In any case I don't own a Mach2 so that is usualy excuse enough to try one. Leaning towards a short (16.5 ish inch) barrel to keep it compact and should not lose almost any velocity. Could even be good as a long pistol. Hey keep the info coming and thank again so far. Anyone have a good lead on cheap ammo for this cal. ?

Default 17m2

I've had a NIB 14" HM2 barrel since last spring. This is my THIRD HM2 barrel. The previous two I had shot them in and loaned them out never to see them again. They bring BIG to whoever shoots them so I'm not going to loan this one.
With no wind, shoot like a laser to 100 yds.
Got a bunch of eley back when Midway had it on clearance.
