I've only got to shoot this one day. Turkey season starts in 2 weeks and I'll have it properly "tuned" by then. |

Correct me if I am wrong, It appears as if the top barrel is in a fixed configuration and there is room for adjustment with the bottom one to achieve the same point of impact.

It is only 25 yds. My first 6 shots.
The top barrel is fixed. The bottom barrel is adjusted by using three allen screws to adjust for the windage and elevation of the lower barrel. These were the 1st 6 shots. Moving the scope down each time. I shot 2 additional shots after adjusting the tuner the first time and the bottom barrel shot about 3" higher and about 1:00 than the top barrel. I ran out of time to shoot any more. After talking to Mike at OTT, he said 1 complete turn of the allen screw should equal 1" at 100 yds. I havent got a chance to shoot again. I'll keep you all informed of the progress. |

Neat configuration, someone is always building a better "mousetrap". A bit of loctite after you finalize your POI adjustments and you should be good to go. Best of luck with your turkey.

That's pretty cool! I would 'regulate' the barrels to shoot exactly or close to exactly the same distance between centres of the groups, as is the distance between bore axie, centre to cenre. That way, they'll always shoot parallel, never crossing, never diverging. This is the correct method of regulating double rifles, be they over/unders or side by sides.

Cool. And 5mm RM no less.
Looks like you need a TC G2 stainless frame to avoid opening and closing the barrel between shots to reset the ignition system (mentoring at work here).
