Talking What a difference a couple days makes. "The best layed plans".

A couple a days ago I was mowing the yard and thinking about SilverFox's thread on a late season P-Dog hunt. I was figuring I'd give it a couple more days over there to dry out the gumbo then light out with p-dog poppers in hand and the bride in tow, I never have to ask her to go rodent smucking twice . Lovely day, even stopped to take a couple pictures of the dogs!

I was starting to get ready yesterday and getting excited figuring a tomorrow departure.... Then today showed up.

Ran to the store today and picked up my deer, elk, bear and wolf tag. If yer hoping for an orange and they hand ya a lemon instead it's time to make lemonade ain't it ?

Doug:

That happens when you drag your tail too long!
P/dogs do come out in the snow, don't give it up
yet.

Doug, the good news is that you likely won't need to mow the lawn again. Burt

Geez Doug you weren't kidding. Not to rub your nose in all that white stuff but we still got Tadpoles racing to the surface for a breath of air. The wife hates snow. I will have to be sure she doesn't see these photos or I will never get out there.

Eggzacitacly why the wife and I moved to TX from VA...

NO SNOW!

Pretty stuff until you have to shovel it. Even a snow blower is to hard of work when it gets sooo deep.

Actually we once thought about moving to MT but then Debi saw your pics of the snowfall a year or two ago, then she not only said no but HELL NO!

Any way the grand kids are here.

I wanted to move there for the hunting.

You do have a beautiful place... Love it.

Larry
