Default Martini and glass mounting option question

Finally got around and found a piece of glass for my martini.

A Redfield 3200 in 16x found its way to my door today. I have an old weaver rail that came with the rifle. Any suggestions on anyone that makes a nice rail for a Martini. Would like to see if there is any other options out there.

Sry- I used a Weaver long base, one screw into the barrel, one in to the front action ring. .22 ACK Hornet only.

The barrel is drilled and tapped for the original base used but if I remember it was a cheap skinny Weaver base. Just looking for something more refined. I have seen others that have some custom bases but can't find the websites anymore.

Just throwing it out there as the knowledge here is as good as anywhere and I am sure I will be steered in the right direction.

Default bases

The TC Contender base is a nice 1pc that cantilevers back over the action, allowing you to move your rear ring further back. Of all the 1pc options this is my favorite. I then use the Burris Zee rings with the inserts, allows me to adjust the scope so I do a minimum amount of turret twisting when sighting in. For a vintage look you can go 2pc Talleys, or the 3/8's dovetail gives you a lot of options also.

Default 1pc bases

Here's a pic of a TC base on my 17HMR with a set of Warne Maxima rings. I've since replaced them with Burris Zee's, the Warne's are a little clunky looking but it shows how you can move your rear ring back.

My turn.

Weaver 92 A mounted so it extends over the receiver ring
