I paid $1300 for a Model 21 Montana Varmter with a $300 scope last spring. No dings but a couple of light scratches. Average wood.

Also bought a 223 Varminter as above with an older Nikon Monarch 5.5-16.5 scope for $1089.

A buddy just bought one in 204 in the Phoenix model for $1000 with no scope.
