Default Tac 20 and Benchmark?

Was wondering if anyone out there used Benchmark in their tac20. I was wanting to use it with the 40gr V-Max but am unable to find any good load info on it. I also have some 32gr v-max's I was thinking about trying. Right now I'm using 40gr v-max with 26.5 varget but was looking to try something else. Any info you could give would be greatly appreciated. Default You can look on the Hodgdon site...

... and find some good loads. I happen to have a print out right here, and they recommend:

33gr. VMax, Benchmark start: 23.0 gr., 3506 fps; MAX: 25.5 gr., 3844 fps

They only other load they list the 36 gr Berger HP.

www.hodgdon.com

Check it out. It will also give you an idea how Benchmark and Varget compare so you can have some idea how low to start with the Benchmark.

Default

I use 26.3grs of Benchmark, R 7 1/2's, IMI brass and either the 39 Sierra or 40Vmax(both mollied) in my 26" Krieger 1x11 and they run from 3850-3870 fps over my Oehler at 10'. Sub 1/2" 5-shot groups easy.
