Cool BURRIS 3x9

HI I have one of these in a compact model. I had not used it in a few years. My brother but it on a heavy barrel .22 rimfire and when he tried to adjust it the adjuster turned but the crosshair did not move. Has anybody had warrant work done at burris lately is the service quick and are they costly to repair. Thanks

Just a wild guess, but some Burris scope have a lock on the crosshairs. Look for a small allen head-lookin screw on the bottom left side of the center block where the adjusters are located. As I recall, you turn that CCW to 'unlock'.
