On the up side, if one a you deep pocketed types were to Man up and front the money and unless my math is wrong, that seems to be a decent price per box .

The "eye teeth" cost referenced for Todd Kindler's 17 cal 30 gr Golds are at present, 35 cents a piece....... 35 bucks/100 plus shipping. Jim

I noticed that Berger said they don't make the jackets anymore. I thought they were J-4???? I thought jackets and bullets were made in the same bldg???

My understanding quite sometime back was that there were no more jackets hence no more bullets. So how do the jackets resurface if 100,000 bullets get made? Are they still the same jacket made by Berger to Walt's standards or is someone else making them? Would they actually be the exact same bullet they always were?
Kinda curious .

They are I have watched them make them about 6 big stamping presses.

i just placed an order for a couple buckets of 20 caliber jackets and did have a 50K pieces custom jacket order made earlier this year. They told me its normally 100K pieces for custom orders but would honor the 50 K pieces order.
