Good place to start is with your's or a good reloading manual, find the start load, with any one of the powders you have and work up one that that firearm likes. Bill K ( Hodgdon Data site is a good start, if you do not own a reloading manual)

15 inch Bartlein 1-12 twist...

I have really good results with 52 grain Bergers over 8208 in Lapua brass.

Well then, if you want a example. I use CFE 223 under a 55 grain sp, with LC 5,56 brass in my 11 inch 223 TC contender. Bill K
