Cyclops
we have a couple of the Cyclops lights as posted above. My son and I have hunted raccoons and totes at night and they work very well for us and are pretty universal.
I didn't realize there are so many options. Lol

I received a flyer from Cabela's in the mail yesterday. They are running a sale on the Cyclops.

spotlight
x2 what NZVarminter recommends. That is the type I'm using now - much better than carting around a bulky 12v lamp with a heavy lead/acid battery, etc.

NZvarminter watched some videos on that Maxitorch m24. You could clearly identify out to 400 yards! Wish you could get a green led for it.
