Default 17 Rem on coyotes

I don`t own a 204 so i don`t know. But I have been shooting a CZ 527 17 REM for several years and like it more each time I use it. I use Hornady 25gr hp`s and have had good luck with them on any thing I have shot, coyotes, pd`s, groundhogs. But I belive the 20 & 25gr v-max`s shoot even better less than a 1/2 inch at a 100yrd. I have yet to lose a coyote or any thing else I have shot using these 3 bullets. I have really enjoyed my CZ rifle and I am so impressed with the 17rem cal that I use it a lot. I have had such good luck with these bullets I have never tried any thing else. I use H-4895 power, I have not experinced any copper or powder fouling to speak of I clean the 17 just like any of my other rifles. I can`t can`t belive I didn`t buy a 17 rem back in 1971 I have sure missed a lot of fun, but I am making up for it now. Might even look at 17 hornet. ken
