Default Scope camera mounts ?

I've been watching some YouTube videos from "Ted's Holdover" channel, and he has some pretty cool videos of "thru the scope" shots at starlings, pigeons, and a bunch of other stuff, on his high dollar air rifles. So, I'm kicking around the idea of mounting a camera on the back end of the scope, and was wondering if any of you guys had experimented with that. There are lots of various mounting systems out there, and specifically I will be using CZ 527 Varmints in 17 Rem and 17 Hornet. Not sure that I want to use the iphone...as probably don't want everything uploaded to the cloud.....rather just use a Casio or Panasonic type point and shoot with SD cards....any ideas or help would be appreciated.

How about the use of a Go Pro type camera. Could one of their adapters be mounted and used on a scope..? Bill K

if your going to play, you have to pay, thru the scope are expensive. I use a tactacam and they range from 159.00 at Walmart to 399 for top of the line. they mount on top of the scope and are 5x mag.

Thanks guys, ran across one YT video where the guy used a pvc reducer to adapt his camera to the scope. So I think I'm going to play around with that for a while.....pvc it cheap and I can mess up several sections of it without gambling much.

I have been using this for about three years now coyote hunting. Works really well and very resonable cost. I believe they are 5x zoom. I’ve shot a few coyotes in the 4-500 yard range and you can see them on the camera.

There are more and more people using these with great results. You can get separate mounts for various scopes to use your phone of different scopes.
