I've found the CCI Vmax 22mag and Hornady 30gr V max ammo quite good, the Remington 33gr AccuTip just shoots smaller groups consistently in my Cooper.
The Cooper doesn't like the Winchester Supreme but does like the 20yr old Winchester 40gr made in Australia ammo I've got. My Win 9422M XTR like that Winchester 40gr load also..........pity I didn't buy more of it back then (like a truck load more)

I would love to pay what you pay for 22 mag ammo (well any ammo really) here a brick of Remington 22 Mag sets you back $419.00
I can remember when 22mag ammo was $100 a brick , and that doesn't seem all that long ago.

The 22Mag is one of my favourite cartridge's and makes a nice walk about rabbit cartridge....Kiwi
