Had one disk removed back in 74.. Do the exercises and take it slow, but steady and all will work out well. Bill K

The nice thing about the replacements is that I still have full range of movement and full support of the vertebra. Short of roller coasters and sky diving I should be back to 100% once healed. Very little pain, very little discomfort. Then again, like with most spine issues, the pain experienced prior to the surgery is often so bad that when you wake up you feel like a million bucks. And I do. Lots of physical therapy ahead, and I'm looking forward to it, I'd been doing it myself for years, and not being able to do it is frustrating.
Wicked looking scar on the throat, I've been telling everyone I should have listened when my wife told me not to touch her ice cream. I still think a Ka-Bar to the throat over a pint of gelato is a little over reaction, but.....

Amen to the lemon gelato and a Ka-Bar. I wouldn't even consider something so risky.... Might have to settle for black raspberry chocolate chip instead.

Good news is if your Neurosurgeon is really good the scar all but disappears after about two years, hated walking around giving someone an idea of how to deal with me.

The BC I use in a 17 Tac with the 30 Golds is .260. This was calculated at 500 yards. Fixing to drop this load from 4016 fps to low 3900's so this number may change a little.

If and when you get around to making 15 or 17 gr. 17 cal. bullets, put me in for 500. If you have any 17 gr vmax, I would take 500 of them. 20 grs vmax are OK, but I think 15/17 would work better in the Squirrel. Thanks, Tom.
