35 grain NTX performance
Anyone have any experience with these bullets? Just curious how they compare to the vmax, accuracy, velocity and splat factor? I see Hornady is factory loading them at 4450 fps.

I've used the .20 cal NTXs and yes they hit like lightning!

Having good results using both the 35 gr. and 24gr. NTX's, in 223 and 204.

Good to hear, I just got 40 boxes of them (not all for myself)... Not sure how much if any advantage there is with them being a longer bullet but it sure can't hurt anything...
I have read some say they didn't expand and punched right on through not like the vmax. My own personal experience with the 17/15.5 NTX was that they performed similarly as the 17/17s from the smallest 17 cartridge I have and it seemed that day to have more hits in the 200 yard range than the 17/17s with some good splat factor out to 150 yards.

My son will be home in a week with these bullets... I can't wait to try them out in my #1 218 Bee.
