What's the story, most of those pic's look like they were taken in low light. Is the red fox native, I know you have a lot of non-native species that reak havoc down there, was wondering if the fox is considered one? Nice pics, thanks for sharing.

The Red
Fox was introduced for sport in the late 1800`s and has become public enemy #1 (*#2 is another introduced menace the feral cat)and has no natural predators so numbers since the collapse of the skin market have exploded.(Thankyou Bidget Bardot and her ilke)Baitng with 1080 or shooting is our only control.
No I do not skin them and just leave them in the padock to rot,I know what a waste, but there are no skin buyers who want them or if they do they would pay a paltry $10 which is hardly worth the time or effort. There is a reason for the low light photo`s Chuck most of these were taken spotlighting (lamping).Depending on the time of year whistling (calling) can be very effective.
