Default New reamer dimensions?

I want to order a match-grade reamer for thr 204 Ruger. I have sized a case in my Redding FL die without setting the shoulder back. How much should I add for neck, shoulder, and head expansion over the measurements I get from the sized case?

I don't have the answer to your questions in thousandths of an inch but I would advise asking the reamer maker you choose.

If you send it to PTG it won't matter what you tell them.

that is not nice. did I mention, I just ordered my last reamer from dave manson? I think pt&g has suffered growing pains. never any dissatisfaction, until a year or so maybe be a little longer. time has away of getting away when you are a senior.

I have been using Manson reamers also, you get to talk to the person who will grind your reamer, kind of nice. Larry

I wouldn't agree with that I've tried to order reamers from them on 5 different occasions and I have to tell you their communication flat sucks.

For any custom work you will nearly always get better results form a one man shop than from the big guys. I wanted a 220 Swift reamer ground down to a 20 Swift, PTG would not even talk to me about it, another just blew me off, Manson says no "problem", it it can be done I will do it. Guess who I buy reamer from now? Larry
