Default 223 ammo ban proposed by OBAMA

This article below was circulating in Canada.
American laws have an affect on imports to us.
Just a heads-up to anyone that purchases this ammo - U better stock up
Can't blame anyone for hoarding ammo or reloading supplies when there's so much government in our lifes. I wonder when they'll come up with a law limiting the amount of powder or ammunition in a persons possession.
There's already laws regulating the proper storage of powder which is an excuse for confiscation if none compliance

Default 223 ammo ban

This has been a hot item for over a week now. He is even threatening to do it by Executive order now, has there is a lot of pressure to not ban this one style of ammo. (855). It is not armor piercing, but they are saying and re-classifying it for that reason. One more way or nail in the coffin, to ban guns. Bill K

If this ban passes by Executive order...it's only the beginning. Obama wants all ammo banned, then the firearm will be useless, or that's their theory!

The proposed 'ban' by Mr. Potatohead in the WH if enacted, will only apply to M855 steel-core penetrator ammo, not any of the M193 Ball or similar ammunition.

But......we all know once his foot is in the door........

Exactly why I said one more nail in our coffin. No ammo, no use for firearms That is his and the gun ban groups agenda. Someone, other than DHS, had better stock up Bill K

They are calling it Armor Piercing Ammo. All the tests I have seen show it hardly makes a dent in 1/4 steel plates.

I believe this to be more of an ATF agenda then Obama's.

And who do you think is 'boss' of the ATF and basically tells them what to pursue and what to sit on.......? Keep in mind that this individual acts more like a dictator than an elected official. Can you say "Executive Overreach?"
