Value is established by the desire in the mind of the purchaser. I know they are the original Remington offering and I've been told by no less then "Dick Saunders" (a very significant player in the .17 caliber world back when and genuine nice guy if you haven't heard of him), that they are in his words "about the best .17 caliber bullet for fur ever made".
Not to be overly redundant....."but", I bought a large stash of em from the estate sale of a friend who was big into gun shows. I got a large plastic sack of them about the size of a large grapefruit in bulk bullets and 8 or 9 boxes of them, on the boxes the original retail price was $4.25, they are old bullets but old doesn't mean less valuable in many cases as you already know.
As to your original question, I'd guess that to the guys that agree with Dick Saunders on these no longer available bullets and want em they would probably be worth that???
I gotta ask, did ya try offering $10.00?.....$15.00.....?
I'd be curious what they sell for?
Just my .2 cents .

I too have a good cache of these bullets, but if I didn't have any, from experience with the bullets I'd quickly pay $20... for a box of 100...? I'm assuming...........

They are a good coyote bullet and they have always been accurate in 17 caliber rifles I have/have had over the years. I killed a bunch of coyotes with them in the 1970's thru the 1980's era.

There are better bullets now, but good bullets at a satisfying price. Never a mistake.
