Default Tim's Second G-Hog Hunt

Well after 2 weeks at the NC Outer Banks and another week of Karate camp, my hunting partner is back. We went on Sunday evening and he got his second G-Hog of the season. 236 Yds. with the M7 20 TAC. I planted the seed to take him to New Mexico next summer for a PD hunt. This sure is starting to be fun.

It only gets better when you start hunting with your kids.

Default Hunting

Better yet when it's your, soon to be, 11 year old grandson! Also, he's using a rifle that I built for him.

Eddie:
A bit of hijack here. My PT gal and her hubby go home to NC for the summer. when those two kids were bitten by the shark/s a month or so back I sent her a text asking if they were near there. Her reply was: "we were on that very beach surfing the evening before".

I've been on St George's Island Fla fishing a couple times but never to the Carolina's.

Glad you've got that kid started shooting, we all need to do the same thing.
Just hope he sticks with it when he discovers girls and cars etc.

Good for you!

Default Sharks

He was on the beach and in the surf on the Outer Banks during the much publicized "shark attacks". As usual the media made more of it than it really was. We saw nary a shark in the soybean field Sunday evening.
