Peeoo-ollop - a sin PU-ALOP I've always thought. Had a couple from Puyallup in the Blue Knights when I was a member - years ago - 1980's- that's what it sounded like to me with the 'merican' accent.

Daryl:
What I was referring to was: a 29 letter word comes out as a very short grunt! I got along ok by reading the maps and looking at street signs. No way in H I could of found anything by listening to them grunting the names out. Several times riding the buses I'd listen and never figure what was said. See the sign go by and it would be where I wanted out. So I had to walk back a block or two. Quite a few folks speak decent English in most countries though. That was a big help to me. I'm sure many more do now than in '71-2 when I was there.
