The only problem with the Brno 465 is they didn't come in left hand and also the scarcity of magazines.

Tou I have a couple of 465's that need new barrels and stocks, one is going to be a 17 Hornady Hornet the other ???? could be a 20 Ackley Hornet.

Would love a left hand version of this..................Kiwi

Default update on the 20 Ack hornet

Good day folks, quite a delay in my getting back with additional info on my 20 Ack hornet.

I have shot it a fair amount at gophers (richardson ground squirrels) and am very pleased with it. It can easily be shot off the bench or using sticks while walking about. As mentioned earlier no recoil and you can watch the impact of your shots. I would say it is a nice 200 yard gun. You can stretch that a bit but wind does a number on the 32 grain bullets I use and there is always wind in this part of the country.

The only issue I have encountered is with the rifles magazine. My COL is 1.911 inches and that means I load it as a single shot. For me that is not a problem but something to consider when choosing an action
