The way to turn a 20 EXTREME into a 22-250. Using the same parameters as Doug used.

20 EXT -40 V-max, 3637, 350 yd drift=10.10", 350 yd energy = 575.8 ft lbs
22-250 -40 V-Max 4150, 350 yd drift=12.16", 350 yd energy = 579.4 ft lbs
