Just an additional data point, IIRC on accurateshooter.com, there was a post by a well respected gunsmith commenting on two identical barrels, chambered the same, same loads, same length, same manufacturer, same everything in 6mm and there was a difference of 300fps between the two. Reading previous posts on the velocity difference has me wondering what the difference between my two FBs, one with 18" and one with 22". To be continued.
