Thanks for the Grafs info. Now, anyone measure a case? I'd hate to buy a bunch and not have it fit in my chambers reamed for WW brass. Also, there's a guy on GGVG that bought some Prvi .22-250 brass he says is junk--huge variation in weight and neck thickness.

I often tell people the same thing when they ask about reloading the hornet. Its a hornet not 222 or a 223. Keep the pressures and velocities in check and you will enjoy long brass life.

I think most of us can agree that with the Hornet, case life is a good indicator of safe pressure. PUsh the pressure wiht this little case and the case fails - usually stretches the primer pocket.

Would 14 times fired as a Hornet, then sized down to .17, fireformed and fired 3 times more as a .17 Hornet constitiute good case life and OK presures? That brass is still going strong so it's not finished at 18 shots.
